jilipj Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilipj ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing the jilipj website, creating an account, or using any service offered through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilipj platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by jilipj, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and any promotional or loyalty programs operated by the Platform.

To register and use the jilipj platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilipj, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilipj platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jilipj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilipj may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at the sole discretion of jilipj after deducting any applicable administrative costs.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the jilipj platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your jilipj account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any details that change.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jilipj support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified jilipj of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

jilipj reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

jilipj supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published on the Platform's banking page, which may be updated from time to time.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. jilipj does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jilipj aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. jilipj shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All transactions on the jilipj platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jilipj are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jilipj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses during the exclusion period.

All games available on the jilipj platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

jilipj operates under PAGCOR regulation, which mandates compliance with fair gaming standards across all products. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jilipj reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account balance. Winnings derived from a demonstrably erroneous game outcome may be voided at jilipj's discretion.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. jilipj provides game rules and paytable information within each game interface. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilipj platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the jilipj platform for financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jilipj staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion order.

All content on the jilipj platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilipj or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilipj platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilipj.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilipj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jilipj's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jilipj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilipj makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

jilipj is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Players may configure session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting jilipj support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no bonuses will be issued.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind players of their session duration and net gaming activity.

jilipj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's financial institution.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of an account for cause, jilipj reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their jilipj account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned after applicable verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jilipj support to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. jilipj will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days of receipt.

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, jilipj is also subject to the dispute resolution procedures established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players who are unsatisfied with jilipj's resolution of a dispute may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

jilipj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilipj will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jilipj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
